Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, contact number, email address, postcode or area, requested service and message. Basic technical data may be recorded temporarily to prevent form abuse.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss the work, arrange a visit and prepare a quotation. Form submissions are emailed to A.J Paving and the website administrator, Web Spinner UK, for delivery and support.

Lawful basis and retention

We process enquiry details to take steps at your request before a possible contract and for legitimate business administration. We retain only what is reasonably necessary for enquiries, quotations, work records, legal obligations and abuse prevention. Different records may need different retention periods.

Sharing

Details are not sold. They may be handled by hosting, email and website-support providers where needed to operate the enquiry service, or disclosed when legally required. Providers should only process the information needed to perform their service.

Security

The enquiry form uses server-side validation, same-origin controls, spam traps and rate limiting. Form messages are delivered through the hosting mail system. No internet transmission is completely risk-free, so avoid including bank details, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information in the message field.

Your choices

You can ask about information connected with your enquiry or request correction or deletion where applicable by emailing info@ajpavinglancashire.co.uk. Some information may need to be retained where there is a legal, contractual or security reason.

Children’s information

The quotation service is intended for property owners or people authorised to discuss work at a property. It is not designed to collect information from children.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. Essential server security and rate-limiting data may be used to protect the form. The navigation and form-enhancement script does not create a marketing profile.
